Roxane Solowey was recommended by a relative and we were pleasantly surprised how quickly she was able to sell our apartment and for a
very good price. We are very grateful to her for doing this, as well as shipping our car from Florida to New York. She also shipped some of
our personal items from the condo and helped friends, from the building, acquire some of our possessions.
It took a very short time to do all this and we will always be grateful to her for being so professional and working so quickly.
I met Roxane at an open house she was having for another client. I knew instantly that this was the woman I wanted to do business with. She has this innate ability to make you open up about what you need and want in a home. She is genuine, honest, compassionate and caring. The way she shows true interest is quite refreshing. When it came to our situation she came through on every account. My wife and I decided to build a new home and could not be there on a daily basis to see the construction because we still lived in Orlando. Roxane was on site three to four times a week to make sure the build went smoothly. When there was an area of concern she was on the builder instantly to get the problem resolved in her "Roxane way". She just has that special touch that escapes most people in her industry. I have recommended Roxane to several friends who are contemplating moving to the Sarasota area. In conclusion, she made what could have been an awful experience a quite positive one.
I met Roxane at an open house and felt an immediate connection with her. She was attentive, asked excellent questions, and was very knowledgeable about the area. She worked tirelessly to help me discover exactly what I was looking for in my new home. We viewed over 60 properties together over a 3 month period, redefining what I thought was important to what really was my dream home. When, in a FaceTime viewing due to my quarantine status, I saw my condo, I knew this was the one. She worked with the sellers and their agent to allow me to view the property in person safely with all PPE in place. But it didn't end there. The sellers agreed to my price, but needed to stay in the unit while their new home was being remodeled. She continued to support me through the 2 1/2 month rental period and final walk through. I highly recommend her services for eithe selling or buying! She is truly a gem!
Well we thought purchasing a place in FLA was going to be easy Peasy. Not exactly the case. After months of looking and scouring Florida and it’s multitude of communities and cities we got paired up with Roxanne.
We gave her the place we were looking at trying to secure and she went right to work on our behalf. From communication to Zoom walk throughs to answering all the pertinent questions we had about the property and surrounding area and history. She had all the answers and she gave us honest feedback. She was there for us all the way and secured the property against multiple bids.
Always accessible by phone( we are in Canada ) so it gave us piece of mind that she was looking out for our best interests. We had a lot of questions about utilities, insurance, having someone watch the place while we weren’t there, surrounding area, and spent time looking at the property making sure everything looked up to date, in good condition and in working order.
It was a pleasure working with her and we can’t thank her enough for making the process flawless.

Roxane put the greatest amount of effort into helping my husband and I purchase a home in Sarasota during the beginning of the Pandemic! She was always professional, provided the sellers as well as my husband and I the necessary PPE for viewing homes that were open to touring.
